A quick update before the weekend gets underway!
We've hit 87% for surveys turned in. Thank you so much for helping out and getting yours submitted. If you have any questions or have not received your survey, please send us a message and we'll help you out! I'm still working through the incorrect shipping fees for a few of you so please hang tight just a few more days. Should have an update for all of you by early next week!
In the meantime, hope everyone enjoys the weekend!

Latest Survey Update and Status Report!!

As we pass the midway point of the month, everything with SOULFIRE THE CORE is going very well and we're still on track for fulfillment in July! A few notable items...
We have 85% of the surveys turned in as of this writing. If you have not received your survey or have any questions on it, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll help you out!
I did mention last week that charges for anyone who added on additional items to their survey would take place last Friday. Well, come to find out there's a 48 hour window to notify backers about the charge coming up, that way you have time to make any last minuted changes if need be. So, charges actually took place yesterday! Many of you probably noticed your charge come through. A few of you need to please update your card info or confirm the charge is correct to allow it to go through, but for the most part, everything was processed with no problems!
For future incoming surveys, we will now notify you on Wednesday that the charges will take place on Friday, that way we're back on the originally proposed schedule. Once again, this ONLY applies if you're adding on more items to your pledge and need to pay for the newly added items. Anyone just completing out your survey, you're all good!
The updated STATUS REPORT is below and many of the campaign items will be sent out for print this week so look for quite a few of these to update the next time around!

Surveys at 80%!!!

Hope all of you are doing great!
It's been less than a week since surveys were sent out last Friday and we're already closing in on 80% of them being completed and submitted. Thank you so much for getting yours turned in!!
We did have several questions and some items that needed to be corrected on the survey, but seeing as this was our first one with BackerKit and the entire survey needed to be built again from scratch, we feel that overall, everything went pretty well!
A few things to note...
With BackerKit, surveys are not able to be submitted and then changed at a later date. Once you've submitted your survey, you are not able to go back in and add on more items so please make sure you're all set with what you'd like before submitting!
In regards to any new add ons, BackerKit charges once a week so anyone who has made additional add ons to your survey and submitted this past week, you will be charged tomorrow (Friday) and then so forth for surveys submitted through each Friday after that til we close them out next month. Once again, charges occur ONLY if you've made any new or additional add ons to your survey. Those of you just confirming your items and shipping address for delivery, you're all set once you get your survey turned in!
All backers who pledged for the ALEX KONAT, PETER STEIGERWALD, and/or MARCUS TO Sketch Cover Tiers, we accidentally omitted adding in a question on the survey to ask you which character you'd like on your sketch cover. DOH! Our apologies for missing that question but I will reach out to all of you for your request over the next week or so to ensure you get the character you'd like on your sketch cover!
There was also a slight problem with BackerKit capturing the correct shipping fees on a small portion of the surveys. We're still working on getting this resolved so those of you affected, please hang in there as we look to get it corrected before the end of the week!
The latest STATUS REPORT is below and we're looking to send out to print many of the stretch goals and campaign items by early next week! You'll see this report get updated very quickly over the next few weeks as we build to the campaign fulfillment in July!

Campaign Surveys are on the Way!!!

It's been a few weeks since the Live portion of our SOULFIRE THE CORE campaign has ended and it's now time to send out the surveys! Some of you may have already received yours since this is our first time using BackerKit and a small percentage of the surveys need to go out first to ensure everything is in order with the email distribution and working properly. We should know shortly which means everyone else's surveys will be out by tomorrow, so if you have not received yours yet, please expect it very soon!
Once you receive your survey, the main objective is to ensure you confirm all of the items you chose to pledge on during the campaign and complete the address information so we ship your package to the correct place! This is also your opportunity to add on any other items you'd like from the campaign or any others we've made available to you on the survey. There's close to 200 items to look through so there shouldn't be any shortage of great Aspen goodies to select!
Once your survey looks good and you've added on any additional items, please make sure to double-check it before submitting. Looking things over is a huge help and ensures you receive the correct items you're waiting for!
As well, we're proud to debut the STATUS REPORT for Soulfire The Core! I'll be sending out periodic updates as we continue to make and receive in all of the great Soulfire The Core campaign items, building up to the fulfillment in July!

A most heartfelt THANK YOU from all of us here at Aspen Comics for making our SOULFIRE THE CORE campaign such a huge success! We've had this massive plan in place since the start of FATHOM THE CORE and we appreciate all of you supporting us along the way!
So what's next?!?
Right now, it's on KS as they collect payments for your campaign pledges. The majority of charges have already taken place but if you've received an email from KS about your payment not going through, please make sure to address it right away to ensure payment is collected and you don't jeopardize losing out on your pledge items!
From there, we'll have the after campaign surveys emailed to everyone later this month so stay tuned for those. That's where you'll confirm all of your pledge items and have the opportunity to add on any other Soulfire The Core items you may have missed or other Aspen goodies you'd like to receive! I'll make sure to message out to let everyone know when surveys will be on the way!
In the meantime, we're hard at work getting Soulfire The Core completed and looking the best it can be for fulfillment in July!
